Presentations For Youth

Introducing...

Pam Harger, M.Ed., has dedicated her career to helping young people discover their potential. She believes the most important work each of us can do is to become the person we were created to be. With a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a Master's degree in School Counseling, Pam has spent over two decades employed as a truant officer in a juvenile court and as a school counselor.

Her favorite work is designing programs that connect people in ways that encourage growth in confidence and compassion. She facilitates school and community groups such as HUGS (Hamilton Uniting Great Students) and FIST (Forever Improving Steuben County Together).

"It is wonderful to see students finally being able to act upon the energy they receive after a conference. ... During my 15 years as Student Council sponsor at Fremont High School, I thought I had seen nearly every type of leadership\motivational program. Most of these workshops had great messages but no follow-up.

Laurie and Pam's program not only has follow-up, it has a conclusion and a celebration of the students' accomplishments."
