This program is different from any you've ever experienced! Whereas one-day programs create short-term excitement and change, this four-day, yearlong program creates sustainable long-term change. You'll watch as your students empower each other to:

  • Respect classmates, parents, and teachers

  • Increase learning ability

  • Reduce conflict

  • Eliminate racial tensions

  • Decrease discipline problems and choose right behavior     

Program includes:  

Day One -- Climate Team Formation and Leadership Training

Using a small group of your handpicked teen leaders, we create a "climate team" that will set your entire school on fire for change! Students learn to:

  • Increase leadership ability and role-model respect

  • Do a needs analysis and set goals

  • Prepare for your all-school assembly

Day Two -- School Assembly, Climate Team Workshop, and Parent Program 

Consists of three powerful sessions:

  • Morning - Every student and every staff member participates in an assembly designed to dramatically inspire students to respect themselves and others. Students describe this event as "amazing!"

  • Afternoon - Climate team receives hands-on training, and teachers are given resources to help students continue to process and act upon their new convictions.

  • Evening - Parents are invited to a session that will equip them to develop respectful teens.

Day Three -- Climate Team Training

Answers the question, "What do we do next?" In this climate team training, students learn:

  • Advanced leadership skills

  • How to bring about more positive and effective change

  • What it takes to put on their very own follow-up assembly

Day Four -- Follow-up Assembly & Additional Climate and Leadership Training

After a student-generated assembly, your climate team is trained again! Every team has different challenges... this final day of training prepares them to overcome! They will learn to:

  • Complete goals set out in prior sessions

  • Choose and train new team members

  • Transition into the next school year ensuring a lasting impression is made on your school and community
